Intake process Scheduling Insurance verification Billing and collections Customer service Clinical support for providers Candidate Requirements Strong communication and computer skills. Educational Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED is required. At least one year of experience in a healthcare facility or program. Previous experience in behavioral health, billing, and office management is preferred.
