Primary Responsibilities Ensure smooth operation of the office while supporting our providers and clients. Intake process Scheduling Insurance verification Billing and collections Customer service Clinical support for providers Candidate Requirements Strong communication and computer skills. Patience and compassion when interacting with patients. Excellent time management and organizational abilities. Confidence in handling responsibilities.
Educational Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED is required. At least one year of experience in a healthcare facility or program. Previous experience in behavioral health, billing, and office management is preferred.
