Job Description

Dental Assistant / Patient Care Coordinator (Full-Time) needed in Sebring! Heartland Endodontics is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Dental Assistant / Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing team! This full-time hybrid role combines both clinical assisting and front office responsibilities, offering an exciting opportunity to expand your skills in a supportive, fast-paced specialty practice.
What You'll Do Clinical Responsibilities:
Assist the doctor during endodontic procedures Take digital radiographs Prepare and disinfect treatment rooms Maintain efficient patient flow and clinical schedule Review and document patient charts Front Office /
Patient Care Duties:
Greet patients and provide exceptional customer service Answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments Verify insurance and explain treatment costs Collect payments and process insurance claims Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Coordinate with referring offices
What We're Looking For Required:
Dental Radiology Certification in Florida 1+ year of dental assisting experience 1+ year of dental administrative experience Strong communication and multitasking skills Reliable, organized, and patient-focused
Preferred:
Bilingual (Spanish) Experience with dental software (TDO/Endovision a plus)
Schedule Full-Time:
