As our Director, Global Account Management - Health Solutions, you will play a critical role in expanding our healthcare footprint. In this high-impact, fully remote position (open to candidates throughout Europe where Flex operates), you will spearhead relationships with major multinational med-tech and pharmaceutical clients-unlocking new opportunities for collaboration, growth, and value creation. You'll report directly to the Regional Head of Global Accounts and have the chance to lead strategic engagements with some of the world's most innovative healthcare companies.

Core required skills: Large account management experienceAbility to craft and articulate the compelling Health Solutions value proposition within both existing and business expansion opportunitiesFinancial fluency for commercial negotiations for group profitability metrics.

The ability to navigate a matrixed organization encompassing internal stakeholders, key company deliverables, and building robust service delivery teams are important for success.
Responsibilities:
Strategic - Analyze and understand customers' business strategy, future product plans, expansion activities and align Flex resources where mutually beneficial; relationship management and shaping propositions to meet client requirements.

Sales - Develop global business cases to generate account growth across the entire Flex service portfolio including design and engineering, supply chain, advanced manufacturing, value-added fulfillment and logistics, and aftermarket services.

Commercial - Review business metrics (delivery, quality, customer satisfaction, financials), manage internal and external financial elements amid shifting economic challenges. Financial - Review financial metrics to assess and drive financial performance.

Work closely with global project teams and subject matter experts worldwide, to ensure alignment to goals.

The experience we are looking to add to our team: A completed degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent field of studyRelevant work experience as a sales professional in the healthcare-focused contract manufacturing services industry with successful business-to-business and large/strategic customer engagements.

Demonstrated strategic framing and problem-solving skills.

Full English language proficiency, excellent communication skills, ability to make effective and persuasive presentations to various stakeholders.

Ability to travel within Europe with periodic global travel.
