We're looking for an experienced Director of Clinical Services (DCS) to join our executive clinical leadership team and support facilities across the state of Oregon. As the DCS, you'll be a strategic partner and trusted resource to facility leaders, Chief Nursing Officers, and interdisciplinary teams. You'll lead the planning, rollout, and adoption of key clinical initiatives while ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and Cascadia's standards of care. Your work will directly impact the growth of our facilities and the expansion of new service offerings by developing systems that drive consistency, improve care delivery, and elevate operational performance. You'll also collaborate with executive and field leadership to identify performance gaps, build solutions, and strengthen our culture of continuous improvement. This regional leader will play a pivotal role in ensuring clinical excellence, driving quality outcomes, and supporting the implementation of innovative care systems and programs that enhance patient and resident experiences. Key Responsibilities Provide regional clinical leadership and oversight across skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities Conduct evaluations and gap analyses of clinical systems and performance, identifying opportunities for improvement Guide and mentor facility nursing leaders, fostering professional growth and operational excellence Support the implementation of new clinical programs and service lines to meet community and facility needs Develop and monitor action plans to improve quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and resident satisfaction Partner with facility teams to analyze data, trends, and QAPI initiatives to drive measurable results Build and maintain strong partnerships with medical providers, state surveyors, and healthcare stakeholders Serve as a key resource for survey readiness, root-cause analysis, and follow-up improvement plans Qualifications Active RN license in Oregon (or ability to obtain) Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN or MSN preferred Infection Preventionist certification required; DNS-CT or CDONA preferred 5+ years of progressive clinical leadership experience (Director of Nursing or equivalent) in skilled nursing or long-term care Multi-site or regional leadership experience strongly preferred Deep knowledge of CMS regulations, survey processes, and quality improvement programs Strong communication, analytical, and coaching skills with a hands-on leadership approach Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout
