Director of Hospitality Folsom | Sedona, Arizona About Folsom Folsom is a luxury hospitality and real estate company rooted in Sedona, Arizona. We create elevated stays through thoughtfully curated homes, hospitality-first service, and deeply local operations. As a family-owned company, we believe hospitality is more than accommodation. As we continue to grow our portfolio and expand our brand presence, we are seeking a Director of Hospitality to lead and elevate the guest and homeowner experience across our Sedona properties. Position Overview The Director of Hospitality is responsible for ensuring every Folsom home delivers an exceptional, luxury-level experience for both guests and homeowners. This role oversees hospitality standards, home quality, local field operations, vendor coordination, guest issue resolution, and team leadership throughout the Sedona market. The ideal candidate is highly organized, solutions-oriented, calm under pressure, and deeply hospitality-minded. This person should understand how to create consistency, warmth, and excellence across every detail of the guest journey while confidently managing moving operational pieces behind the scenes. This is a leadership role with significant influence on the future growth and experience of the Folsom brand. Core ResponsibilitiesHospitality & Guest Experience Uphold and elevate Folsom's hospitality standards across all homes Ensure each property consistently delivers a luxury guest experience Handle escalated guest situations with professionalism and care Identify opportunities to improve guest satisfaction, comfort, and experience Support implementation of elevated hospitality touches and brand standards Home Standards & Quality Control Conduct detailed property inspections beyond standard turnover checks Ensure homes are guest-ready and maintained to Folsom standards at all times Proactively identify maintenance, cleanliness, inventory, and presentation issues Oversee onboarding and readiness of new homes entering the portfolio Team & Vendor Leadership Coordinate and oversee local operational teams and field staff Manage relationships with cleaners, inspectors, maintenance vendors, and contractors Ensure accountability, communication, and follow-through across teams Assist in building operational structure as the company continues to scale Homeowner Experience Support positive and proactive homeowner communication Help protect and strengthen homeowner trust and satisfaction Ensure issues are resolved quickly and professionally Act as a steward of both the home and the Folsom brand Operational Coordination Partner closely with leadership and the Director of Operations Help improve systems, workflows, and operational efficiency Track recurring issues and identify long-term solutions Support seamless day-to-day execution across the portfolio Qualifications 5+ years of experience in hospitality, luxury property management, boutique hotels, resort operations, or related leadership roles Strong organizational and operational management skills Experience leading teams and coordinating vendors Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and make confident decisions High attention to detail and strong follow-through Familiarity with Sedona and the local hospitality landscape is strongly preferred What We're Looking For Hospitality-first mindset Elevated standards and strong attention to detail Warm, polished, and professional communication Calm leadership under pressure Strong sense of ownership and accountability Ability to anticipate needs before issues arise Passion for creating meaningful guest experiences Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Performance bonus opportunities PTO and flexible scheduling Growth opportunity within an evolving luxury hospitality brand Why Folsom At Folsom, we are intentionally building something different.
