JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE
Responsible for the overall direction and operations of multiple practice sites within assigned community. Directs the financial, budgetary and strategic aspects of practices, including medical home implementation and various transformation activities
DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
The Primary Care teams at Samaritan Health Services offer complete health care for all family members from newborns to seniors through their pediatric, family medicine and internal medicine providers. They encourage and offer preventive care, including annual exams, health screenings and counseling regarding health and lifestyle.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required. Master's degree preferred. Four (4) years experience in a position of similar responsibility and complexity required. Medical office management experience required.
