EMR Clinical Account Manager

The EMR Account Manager works with a set of clients answering clinical questions / needs and information about the Electronic Medical Record and the processes and usage. This position requires global focus as projects will be assigned involving both external clients and internal EPD concerns. An ability to interact with clients via all forms of communication including on site dealings is a must. Some details of the position include: Education of current and new EMR clients Go Live support of new EMR clients Ongoing education webinars General support for clients Ongoing client management Program development involvement from a clinical aspect Program testing On call support Various other projects to be determined as they arise The work environment will be in a virtual atmosphere out of a home office with frequent team meetings held in Jacksonville, Fl. The initial "immersion period" of the position will require onsite work for an undetermined amount of time depending on absorption of material and comfort level of both the employee and EPD staff. After hours support will be necessary. Up to 25% travel may be required.
