Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients as they arrive at the clinic. Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar. Handle phone inquiries and provide information about services. Process patient intake forms and maintain accurate records. Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow. Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area. Handle billing and insurance verification processes. Support administrative tasks as needed to enhance clinic operations.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration is a plus. Proven experience in a front desk or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Positive attitude and a passion for helping others. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
