We are seeking a motivated, team-oriented, and detailed Hospitality Area Director who is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences and building a high-performing, positive team culture. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a consistently strong experience in the dining room, leading by example and setting the standard in excellent service for our guests while keeping the dining room in pristine condition. You'll play a key role in identifying opportunities to improve both operational systems, service, and cleanliness standards, always looking for ways to make the guest experience smoother and more memorable. Beyond the dining room, you'll intentionally invest in developing your team, providing coaching and support to help team members and emerging leaders grow in confidence and capability. Fostering a strong sense of morale and camaraderie among your team will be central to your leadership approach. You'll help create a workplace where people feel valued, motivated, and excited to come to work. Additionally, you'll be responsible for leading weekly area group meetings to align goals, share updates, and keep the team engaged and informed.
