Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Hospitality & Marketing Manager to lead the guest experience and elevate our brand presence across our ranch resort and hospitality operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to blend hospitality management with innovative marketing strategies, ensuring exceptional guest services while driving revenue growth. This role will manage our Lodge and 2 VRBO properties on the ranch. This person will also generate and manage our social media content. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer service, strong leadership skills, and a flair for creative marketing initiatives that resonate with diverse audiences. Join us to create memorable experiences for our guests while showcasing your expertise in hotel management, customer service, and brand promotion. Duties Oversee daily lodge operations, including guest relations, and guest services to ensure a seamless and welcoming experience for all visitors. Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance the resort's visibility, attract new guests, and increase repeat business through website management, digital campaigns and social media. Implement effective revenue management practices to maximize profitability. Handle guest relations. Organize special events and promotions that align with the resort's branding goals while enhancing guest engagement. Oversee operational tasks such as managing corporate retreats and manage VRBO & AirBnB operations. Responsible for correspondence and preparing proposals for prospective groups. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management, hotel operations and with a passion for marketing Exceptional customer service skills. Proficiency in marketing through and familiarity with website updating and social media driven marketing. Experience in marketing or promotional activities within the hospitality industry is a plus.
