Responsibilities Write treatment plans, progress reports, and goal updates and analyze client performance data to assist with treatment decision-making. Assist with assessments for clients. Introduce therapy programs. select targets to address skill deficits, and target specific behaviors for increase or reduction based on a BCBA's guidance. Experience supervising and training therapists, providing parent training & directing therapy services under the guidance of a BCBA. Experience managing a clinical caseload and creating and monitoring the outcomes of behavioral programs under the supervisor of a BCBA.
