Our collaborative teams of BCBAs, supervisors, and technicians work closely with families to create treatment plans that truly fit each child. Your Role As a BCBA Clinical Manager , you'll lead the clinical side of care - developing and overseeing ABA treatment plans, mentoring behavior technicians and case supervisors, and guiding families through meaningful progress. You'll partner closely with the Clinical Director while helping shape high-quality, compassionate services for every client. What You Bring Required:

Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field BCBA certification (or qualifying licensed healthcare professional) Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills

Preferred:

Salary:
