Total Annual Compensation:

Up to $118,000

Base Salary:

$85,000

• 100,000

Annual Individual Bonus:

$7,000

• 18,000 (paid monthly)

Sign-On Bonus:

$5,000 The $85k

• 95k range applies to the Clinical Supervisor role (ideal for newer BCBAs), while the $90k
• 100k range is for the Senior Clinical Supervisor role (for BCBAs with 2+ years of experience).
