To Apply for this Job Click Here Clinical Supervisor Columbus, OH (Hybrid) | Community-Based Behavioral Health Organization Requirements Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, Nursing, or related clinical field Active Ohio licensure (LISW-S, LPCC-S, or equivalent independent clinical license eligible for supervision) 3+ years of clinical experience with prior supervisory experience Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care, ethical standards, and evidence-based practices Job Duties Provide individual and group clinical supervision to staff, interns, and supervisees Support case conceptualization, assessments, treatment planning, and intervention strategies Review clinical documentation to ensure accuracy, quality, and regulatory compliance Monitor participant progress and provide guidance on complex or high-risk cases Ensure services align with trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and evidence-based practices Maintain compliance with state licensing regulations, contracts, and ethical standards Collaborate with leadership on program development, clinical quality, and staff training initiatives
Additional Information Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Friday with flexibility between 8:00 AM - 8:00
