RESPONSIBILITIES & TRAINING CURRICULUM
Small Caseload:
Maintain a consistent direct clinical practice of just 5-7 clients.Clinical Supervision:
Provide weekly, individual supervision for pre-licensed MSW and MHC associates. You will guide them on case formulation, clinical skill development, and progress toward independent licensure.The Supervisor Training Mechanism:
We will explicitly train you on our supervisory framework and our proprietary Clinician Fundamentals Curriculum. You will receive targeted mentorship on: Phase I (Foundational Modules): Master how to guide your team through Intake, Assessment, and Clinical Progress Documentation. We will teach you exactly how to evaluate your supervisees' work using our standardized Intake Note Rubrics and Treatment Plan Quality Rubrics, removing the guesswork from clinical evaluation. Phase II (Applied Clinical Competencies): Access advanced, ongoing training in areas like measurement-based care, psychopharmacology, culturally competent care, and burnout prevention.Clinical Tools:
Utilize and teach from our exact clinical language templates, tip sheets, and live documentation workshops to ensure your team is writing compliant, stress-free notes.Staff Consultation:
Act as a reliable clinical resource for therapists regarding general treatment planning and ethical scenarios.Quality Assurance:
Help ensure that clinical documentation and therapeutic interventions align with state board standards and best practices.Education & Training:
Participate in internal clinical case conferences and contribute to the team's ongoing training and development.CLINICAL ENVIRONMENT, SCHEDULE & BENEFITS
Hybrid Model:
This role is a true hybrid, allowing you to seamlessly divide your time between telehealth and in-person work.In-Office Requirement:
You will be on-site in our Braintree clinic 2 days per week specifically to conduct face-to-face supervision and engage with the team. The remainder of your schedule, including your direct client sessions, can be completed remotely.Malpractice Insurance:

Licensure:
Active, unencumbered LICSW or LMHC license in Massachusetts.Experience Level:
Newer LICSWs are highly encouraged to apply! For our LMHC applicants, you must have at least three years of full-time, post-licensure clinical experience to legally meet the Massachusetts state requirements to serve as an Approved Supervisor. Whether you are a new LICSW or a newly qualifying LMHC, we will provide the leadership mentorship needed to confidently step into this role.Education:
Master's Degree (MSW or MHC) from an accredited program.Skills:
