IIC/Outpatient Approved Clinical Supervisor (LSW, LAC, or LAMFT Supervision Only)

Caring Family Community Services is a family-owned and operated mental-health counseling provider which was founded in 2003 by Roseann Porcelli, a long-time foster/adoptive mother who was committed to improving the lives of children and families throughout New Jersey. We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Clinical Supervisor to provide professional clinical supervision to pre-licensed clinicians working toward their clinical licensure hours. This position is strictly supervision-focused and does not require carrying a caseload or providing direct client services. The ideal candidate will support the professional growth, ethical development, and clinical competency of employees pursuing licensure as LSWs, LACs, or LAMFTs. Responsibilities Provide weekly individual and/or group clinical supervision to employees Support supervisees in developing clinical skills, documentation practices, and ethical decision-making Monitor progress toward licensure requirements and supervision hours Complete and maintain required supervision documentation Provide guidance on treatment planning, professional boundaries, and clinical best practices Foster a supportive and growth-oriented learning environment Qualifications Active clinical license (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) in the state of New Jersey for at least years. Completion of Supervisory Certificate.
