This leadership role combines clinical supervision, program oversight, and staff mentorship to ensure high-quality care for children, families, and individuals receiving in-home and community-based services. Core Responsibilities Provide individual supervision to assigned clinicians in accordance with program and licensure requirements Offer timely guidance and support during clinical crises Mentor clinicians in developing effective, evidence-based intervention strategies Support professional growth based on each supervisee's experience and skill level Review, instruct, and provide feedback on clinical documentation and treatment approaches Ensure clinicians provide clinically appropriate and effective in-home therapy and outreach services Review assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries for quality and compliance Approve documentation within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system Monitor caseloads and assist with case assignments, workflow expectations, and case closures Complete required treatment plan reviews for IHT and Outreach cases Ensure documentation supports medical necessity, treatment goals, and billing requirements Partner with Program Leadership to maintain a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team environment Support team morale by modeling professionalism, collaboration, and respect Conduct staff performance evaluations and assist with performance improvement planning when needed Sign off on licensure hours and assess supervisee readiness for independent practice Maintain a small clinical caseload to remain current with IHT service delivery Ensure compliance with agency policies, ethical standards, and confidentiality requirements Required Qualifications Independent clinical license required (LICSW, LMHC, Licensed Psychologist, or equivalent) Minimum 2 years post-graduate clinical experience required (5+ years preferred) Strong leadership, clinical judgment, and decision-making abilities Excellent communication, mentoring, and organizational skills Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with computers, EHR systems, and clinical documentation systems Preferred Qualifications Experience providing in-home therapy or community-based behavioral health services Prior supervisory, leadership, or teaching experience Experience working within multidisciplinary or community-based care teams Familiarity with Medicaid documentation and compliance standards Compensation & Benefits $40-$50 per hour (Compensation based on experience, licensure, and supervisory background.)
