This pivotal role offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead clinical operations, shape treatment programs, and collaborate as a founding partner in a growing enterprise. You will oversee clinical staff, ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care, and drive the development of comprehensive mental health and addiction services. This position is ideal for a motivated leader eager to make a meaningful impact in the community while sharing in the growth and success of the organization. Responsibilities Provide expert supervision and mentorship to licensed and unlicensed clinical staff, fostering professional development and ensuring adherence to best practices. Oversee patient assessments, intake processes, and diagnostic evaluations utilizing medical terminology, ICD coding, and HIPAA compliance standards. Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based treatment plans incorporating modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis, and group therapy. Manage crisis intervention scenarios with skillful crisis management techniques, including trauma-informed care for patients with PTSD or other mental health conditions. Coordinate case management activities, including patient care planning, medical documentation, and maintaining accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Lead clinical research initiatives related to behavioral health, autism spectrum disorders, or developmental disabilities to advance treatment methodologies. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive services for children, adolescents, individuals with disabilities or developmental delays, and their families. Engage in direct support roles when necessary, providing individual or group counseling sessions focused on mental health counseling, addiction counseling, child & family counseling, or social work. Requirements Active LCDC license with extensive experience in clinical supervision within behavioral health settings. Proven expertise in motivational interviewing, crisis intervention, and crisis management techniques. Strong background working with children, individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorders, and those requiring special education services. Familiarity with medical terminology, ICD-9/10 coding systems, CPT coding for billing purposes, and medical records management. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and experience maintaining compliant medical documentation. Demonstrated ability to conduct intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations accurately. Experience in hospital or clinical research environments is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with an energetic approach to leadership and team collaboration.
