Job Description
Lead BCBA - Little Achievers ABA Are you an experienced BCBA who is passionate about making a real difference — not just in sessions, but in the way a practice runs? Little Achievers ABA is growing and we're looking for a Lead BCBA who brings clinical excellence, operational savvy, and a genuine love for the work. This is more than a clinical role. We're looking for someone who wants a seat at the table — a self-starter who takes initiative, brings great energy to the team, and makes everyone around them better. What You'll Do Clinical Carry your own caseload and provide exceptional, individualized care to children with autism and developmental disabilities Lead comprehensive assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans Oversee and supervise behavior intervention strategies rooted in applied behavior analysis Partner closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure a consistent, cohesive approach to care Regularly review client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly Provide hands-on training, mentorship, and support to RBTs and clinical staff Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all relevant standards Operations & Growth Play an active role in the day-to-day operations of the practice Help drive clinic growth by contributing ideas, building relationships, and supporting outreach efforts Serve as a CentralReach power user — managing authorizations, session notes, billing workflows, and staff oversight within the platform Support onboarding and orientation of new clinical staff Collaborate with leadership on quality improvement, compliance, and growth initiatives What We're Looking For Active BCBA certification (required) Strong clinical experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities Proficiency in CentralReach — this is a must!
