Licensed Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor (Fee For Service or Part Time)

Clearview Health & Wellness is a community-based outpatient mental-health organization dedicated to providing equitable, high‐quality, accessible care for individuals and families across Massachusetts. Our interdisciplinary team of clinicians, supervisors, and medical professionals work collaboratively to support clients' emotional, social, and developmental wellbeing—within regulatory frameworks set by MA DPH for licensed clinics providing outpatient mental-health services. Currently seeking an LMHC or LICSW to provide supervision for our clinicians to ensure quality client care and compliance with clinical standards at our Longmeadow location. The supervisor will be expected to review documentation, offer consultation, and meet with pre-licensed clinicians on a consistent basis according to Massachusetts licensure rules and regulations. Supervisory sessions may be virtual or in person.

Job Overview:

The Supervising Provider MUST be independently licensed and will report to the Executive Management team on a weekly basis.

Job Duties:

Provide documentation and see that all supervisory documentation is compliant with CMS guidelines. Provide support and consultation for pre-licensed clinicians. Communicate and collaborate with clinical director regularly as needed. Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a behavioural health field required.

Hybrid role in Longmeadow, MA or Medford, MA locations Fee for Service Option to be fully remote
