•Licensed Child-Placing Agency Administrator (LCPA) at All My Care Foundation•Texas All My Care Foundation is actively hiring a qualified Licensed Child-Placing Agency Administrator (LCPA) to step in immediately and lead agency compliance and operations. Must have current qualifications under Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) Residential Child-Care Licensing standards. What You'll Do Serve as agency liaison to DFPS Licensing Ensure compliance with TAC §§745 & 749 Oversee placements, service plans, and incident reporting Supervise case managers and foster home compliance Maintain audit and inspection readiness Required Bachelor's degree Must have passed the Texas Child-Care Administrator Licensing Exam Meets TAC §745 Administrator qualifications Strong Texas foster care regulatory knowledge Immediate start preferred Texas-based role Serious, qualified applicants only
