Job Description
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) - Therapist & MSW Supervisor Position can be in-person, remote, or hybrid. About Insight Therapy Insight Therapy is a multidisciplinary outpatient mental health clinic offering counseling, medication management, and psychological testing to individuals and couples. We are committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based care in a supportive and collaborative environment—both virtually and at our Towson, MD location. Insight Therapy is accredited by The Joint Commission and licensed as an OMHC by the Maryland Department of Health. We are currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) who is interested in supervising MSW students and providing psychotherapy services as part of our team. Position Overview This role is ideal for a motivated and compassionate clinician who values autonomy, flexibility, and clinical excellence. The clinician will provide therapy services while also having the opportunity to mentor and supervise graduate-level social work interns, as well as LMSW's if Board Approved. Key Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and/or couples therapy via telehealth and/or in-person sessions Maintain a caseload of approximately 15-30 clients per week (flexible based on preference) Develop and implement individualized treatment plans; monitor client progress Collaborate with external providers and referral sources as clinically appropriate Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with COMAR regulations Complete all clinical documentation within 24-48 hours of service delivery Uphold ethical standards, professionalism, and appropriate clinical boundaries Provide supervision to MSW interns and to LMSW's (if Board Approved) Qualifications Active LCSW-C license in Maryland (required) Board-Approved Supervisor status (preferred, not required) Master's degree in Social Work (required) Minimum 2 years of psychotherapy experience (required) Comfortable providing telehealth services Strong organizational, communication, and clinical skills Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote setting Compensation & Benefits $65-$105 per clinical hour , based on insurances of your clients Flexible schedule and caseload autonomy Opportunity to supervise interns and expand leadership experience Supportive administrative and clinical team environment
