is a growing group practice dedicated to providing high-quality, culturally responsive mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families throughout California. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team as a Full-Time Clinical Supervisor in a hybrid role based out of our Covina office. This position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys both direct client care and mentoring the next generation of therapists. The Clinical Supervisor will maintain a clinical caseload while providing supervision, support, and professional development to associate clinicians and trainees. Position Summary The Clinical Supervisor will: Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 client sessions per week Provide supervision to a minimum of 6 supervisees weekly Conduct individual and group supervision Review clinical documentation and treatment plans Support associate clinicians in clinical skill development Assist with crisis consultation and clinical decision-making Participate in clinical team meetings and case consultations Support quality assurance and documentation compliance initiatives Help foster a collaborative and supportive clinical culture

Qualifications Required:

Active California LMFT or LCSW license in good standing Minimum of 2 years post-licensure clinical experience Qualified to provide supervision to Associate Therapists and/or Associate Clinical Social Workers in California Experience providing psychotherapy to diverse populations Strong clinical documentation skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Preferred:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) Experience working in private practice or community mental health settings Experience supervising associates, trainees, or interns Training in trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, ACT, EFT, Gottman Method, IFS, or other evidence-based practices Experience working with children, adolescents, couples, and families
