- Manager, Learning and Development, Clinical Development & Initiatives.
Job Summary:
- The Manager is an important part of the Learning and Development team and has accountability for execution of development strategies and programs for clinical lines of business and strategic initiatives.
Essential Responsibilities:
- + Partner with leaders, the Clinical Support team, owners and the broader L&D, Talent Management and HR teams to understand specificdevelopmentsneeds for doctors.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- + Education level: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience + 3-5 years of relevant learning and development experience, ideally in a fast-paced organization with a distributed workforcepreferably in a dental or healthcare setting + Understanding of adult learning theory and principles + Well versed in digital learning, just-in-time, and blended learning strategies + Experience withprogram management andlearning management systems (LMS) + Demonstrated skill in designing and implementing development programs for all audiences + Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels in the organization + Flexibility and agility to be proactive in a fast paced,ever-changingenvironment + Experience in developing, implementing, andmonitoringprograms/processes + Strong organizational and project management skills + Highly proficientusingeLearning authoring tools(Articulateetc.
Starting Salary:
