Job Description
Join the Center for Psychology and Wellness - a steadily growing group mental health practice that has been trusted for therapy and psychological testing services since establishment in 2014. Working at the practice provides an inclusive, compassionate, skilled, and understanding professional setting that is esteemed for not only the mental health services, but also the superior client experience that the administrative team provide and that the Practice Manager oversees and facilitates. This practice offers job consistency and stability, and is seeking candidates with prior managerial experience, ideally in a mental health setting, that are professional, enjoy working within an administrative team. The Manager position is a FULL time (40 hours/week) W-2 position that provides an annual salary of $60,000 to $65,000 that includes opportunities for bonus and benefits. The Manager will be on site to work directly with the practice owner/founder and provide direction, coaching, and support to administrative staff (intake coordinators, biller) and clinicians. Remote workdays are also provided throughout the year.
Job Duties:
Monitor workflow processes Implement policies/procedures/workflows Track outcomes Review service efficiency Monitor scheduling and clinician caseload metrics Help troubleshoot operational and client service issues Provide onboarding to new hires Conduct annual audits of documentation and compliance Office organization and maintenanceQualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of healthcare leadership - or - 5+ years of healthcare leadership experience Mental health or medical office receptionist experience Microsoft Office experience and strong Excel skills (e.g. table creation, spreadsheet organization) Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy Managerial experience within a multidisciplinary team, ideally in mental health Strong technical and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Customer service experience that includes conflict resolution and risk management Knowledge, training, and experience in medical compliance and HIPAA Professional, Dependable, Accountable, Self-Motivated and a Self-Starter Regular Attendance and Punctuality To learn more, please visit us at www.cpwtherapy.com.
