Case Management Work Arrangements:
Full Time Essential Staff Work Location- 75% onsite/25% remote Reports to: Chief Clinical Officer CompDrug is seeking a dynamic Manager of Clinical Services
- Case Management to supervise and grow our case management services.
The supervisor will collaborate with other members of the Clinical department, the admissions and medical teams to ensure case management services are available to patients in a timely and efficient manner. Key Duties Supervise and evaluate Case Managers Conduct Supervision, performance evaluations, case reviews Actively participate in the recruitment and selection process Provide onboarding and ongoing training to team Identify staff training needs and support professional development Monitor Case Management Staff time with patients, clinical note completion and adherence to treatment plans. Monitor quality and availability of local resource options Actively grow CompDrug's roster of local resource options Represent the department in cross functional meetings Collaborate closely with external stakeholders and internal teams Support interdisciplinary coordination across services Participate in periodic required compliance processes Regular and Timely Attendance Requirements At least two years experience managing or supervising staff. Preference for previous experience managing staff in a behavioral healthcare setting. Prior experience providing direct service to individuals with mental health and/or co-occurring disorder diagnoses. Bachelor's degree required; Masters preferred Current Ohio LCDC III, LICDC, or
LICDC-CS
; LISW or LISW-S; or LPCC or LPCC-S Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to grow, develop and/or expand programming. Experience providing services in behavioral health setting required. Strong knowledge of and ability to apply the principles of trauma informed care and resilience when working with patients.
