• Contract The Whole You Wellness Center is seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and sales-driven Patient Coordinator / Patient Acquisition Specialist to help grow our wellness and aesthetic practice.

This is NOT a traditional receptionist role. We are looking for someone confident in communication, comfortable with sales conversations, and motivated by performance-based income.

Medical Weight Loss Hormone Optimization IV Hydration Botox & Aesthetic Services Wellness Treatments

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responding to leads from social media, ads, and inquiries Texting and calling potential patients Building rapport and guiding patients toward consultations Following up with warm leads Confirming appointments Helping improve show-up rates and conversions

THIS POSITION IS

Remote/Flexible Commission-based Performance-driven

COMPENSATION

Commission is paid per qualified consultation that schedules AND shows up. Highly motivated coordinators can earn the equivalent of up to $100/hour depending on performance and consistency.

REQUIREMENTS

Previous sales, patient coordination, appointment setting, or customer service experience

REQUIRED

Must be comfortable communicating by phone and text Strong communication and people skills Self-motivated and dependable Positive personality and professional attitude Experience in aesthetics, wellness, beauty, fitness, or healthcare is a PLUS Must provide proof or examples of previous sales/customer service experience
