Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Part-Time Clinical Director to lead and oversee mental health and behavioral health services within our organization. This vital role involves coordinating clinical operations, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and delivering exceptional patient care. Responsibilities Provide leadership and supervision to clinical staff, including therapists, counselors, and case managers, ensuring high-quality service delivery Oversee intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning for clients across various age groups and needs Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, medical documentation standards, and confidentiality protocols in all patient records and data collection efforts Coordinate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and motivational interviewing Manage crisis intervention efforts, including crisis management protocols for clients experiencing acute mental health or behavioral emergencies Facilitate training on topics like trauma-informed care (PTSD), working with children and autism spectrum disorder (ASD), special education strategies, and behavior management techniques Collaborate with community agencies, schools, medical providers, and families to support home & community care initiatives and case management services Supervise Administrative Staff Experience Proven experience in behavioral health or mental health counseling roles with a focus on clinical supervision or leadership as a Clinical Director or similar position Extensive knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-10/ICD-9 coding systems, CPT coding for billing purposes, and medical records management Demonstrated expertise working with children, individuals with disabilities—including developmental disabilities—and those requiring autism spectrum disorder interventions Strong background in crisis intervention strategies, social work practices, addiction counseling, and hospital or clinical research settings Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation tools such as ICD coding systems for accurate assessment of mental health conditions Experience conducting intake assessments, patient care planning, psychotherapy sessions (individual/group), and child & family counseling Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining attention to detail in documentation and compliance standards Join us as a Part-Time Clinical Director to lead compassionate care initiatives that transform lives.
