Role:

The ideal candidate will provide both administrative and light clinical support , helping to ensure the smooth daily operation of the office and a welcoming environment for our patients. This is a part-time position , with the potential to transition into full-time , and may include some remote/work-from-home hours depending on the needs of the office and the strengths of the candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting and checking in patients Scheduling appointments and managing calendars Answering phones and handling patient inquiries Assisting with basic clinical tasks (vitals, documentation, etc.) Maintaining patient records and ensuring HIPAA compliance Supporting billing and insurance verification as needed

Qualifications:

Experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred Phlebotomy not required but a plus IT savvy person desired Strong communication and organizational skills Familiarity with EMR systems is a plus Reliable, professional, and compassionate We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about patient care and interested in becoming an integral part of our team over time.
