ARE YOU THE PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR OUR CHIROPRACTIC OFFICE NEEDS?

We're seeking someone who brings energy, influence, and credibility into every room. You're a strong fit if you have: 2-3+ years of sales experience (preferred) ARRT Limited Radiographer certification Medical, chiropractic, or clinical experience (strongly preferred) A high-energy personality that can influence decisions Strong one-on-one communication skills Comfort handling objections and tough conversations professionally An interest or background in exercise science, kinesiology, personal training, or wellness coaching

Additional Requirements:

Nebraska X-ray Certification (required within 2 months of hire) Willingness to study outside office hours (materials provided) Employer covers the $400 state exam fee Ability to work the listed schedule and attend weekend events

YOUR ROLE IN PATIENT TRANSFORMATION

This is a clinical + sales hybrid role where precision meets persuasion and education drives outcomes.

You will:

Conduct patient exams and diagnostics Take and analyze X-rays, posture assessments, and inflammation scans Assist doctors during exams and progress evaluations Present, explain, and sell care plans with confidence Guide patients one-on-one through nutritional and gut-healing programs Educate patients on exercise protocols and corrective care Handle objections and confrontation professionally, always with empathy Accurately document patient histories, trauma, and progress Represent Adapt Chiropractic at community screenings and events (2x/month)

WHEN YOU WILL WORK AS A PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR

Mon, Wed, Thu:

6:40 am-11:00/12:00 pm break 2:00 pm-6:00/7:00 pm

Tuesday:

11:45 am-6:00 pm (half-day)

Weekends:

2 community events/month (typically 4-hour shifts)
