While sales is the goal it is important that a candidate be caring and understanding because patient results and satisfaction are what matter most. My aim is to provide the highest quality plastic surgical results and I expect my patient coordinator to provide the highest quality service and experience. We will work closely together every day and I will teach you how I think about patients problems so that with time you will be able to perform consultations on your own without my assistance. You will need to be comfortable doing consultations virtually by yourself as well as in person with the doctor. The pay structure is a baseline salary with an incentive bonus scale to encourage effort and creativity in bringing in and closing new patients. As a Patient Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Your primary responsibility will be to follow up with leads, schedule appointments, do cosmetic consultations with me, develop quotes and sell surgery. After the sale you will guide the patient up until the time of surgery assuring appropriate communication with the Medical Assistant for any Medical Clearances and pre-operative needs. The ideal candidate has experience in plastic surgery sales with the go high level platform. Having social media experience is a plus.
