Job Description

The Opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated Patient Experience Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of delivering an exceptional patient experience. This role is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a critical role in shaping their journey with our clinic. What You'll Do Serve as the primary point of contact by answering incoming calls with professionalism and warmth Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently Collect and process patient payments Accurately input and maintain patient data in our system Provide general information about services while following established protocols Ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service and care Who You Are Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service to every patient, every time Positive, dependable, and team-oriented with a "pitch-in" mentality Calm, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Authentic, empathetic, and patient-focused in every interaction Motivated to grow within a high-performing, purpose-driven organization What It Takes 1-2 years of front desk or customer service experience (healthcare or wellness preferred) Experience in hormone & wellness or medical settings is a plus Strong computer and phone skills Ability to follow structured protocols and workflows Working knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards Must be local to train in office for a several weeks and then transition to remote.
