Responsibilities include:
Answering our toll-free pre-registration line
Gathering information from patients and verifying insurance coverage
Entering patient information into our computer system
Maintaining confidentiality of private health information (PHI)
Providing support for other team members
Special projects as assigned We will train on our systems and processes.
This position requires:
Good computer skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Detail-oriented
Self-starter, quick learner
Excellent customer service
Exemplary phone and communication skills
Ability to work independently from home without distractions The chosen candidate will work from home with company-provided office equipment.
