Responsibilities include:
- Answering our toll-free pre-registration line
- Gathering information from patients and verifying insurance coverage
- Entering patient information into our computer system
- Maintaining confidentiality of private health information (PHI)
- Providing support for other team members
- Special projects as assigned We will train on our systems and processes.
This position requires:
