Job Description
This role is primarily W2 and hybrid role, with required in-person training in Las Vegas, Nevada. The position has the potential to transition to a full-time role based on performance and program needs. Administrative Program Coordinator I supports daily operations for a healthcare prevention and research program. This role acts as a liaison between patients and program staff, handling patient communication, appointment scheduling, and administrative coordination. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, administrative experience. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for patient calls and messages, delivering high-quality customer service Respond to patient inquiries regarding program details, logistics, and next steps Schedule and manage patient appointments, Coordinate logistics for virtual talks, webinars, and community presentations Provide general administrative support for WAMPRC operations. Required Qualifications Associate s degree required High School diploma/GED + 4 years of experience may substitute Bachelor s degree may substitute required experience Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
