Job Description

Created by Dr. Constantino Mendieta, 4beauty is a world-renowned, private plastic surgery office, surgery center, and med spa recognized for providing super premium care in a luxurious setting. We are looking for a Patient Coordinator with a proven sales legacy in plastic surgery / med spa who has the energy and passion to deliver a world-class surgical journey to prospective and current patients. Position Overview As our Patient Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact with prospective patients and work closely with our marketing team to identify opportunities for growth. You will collaborate to generate leads and convert toward optimal sales daily. Your savvy will balance sales urgency and concierge-level precision to meet aggressive sales targets while delivering a first-class patient experience. The position will require frequent in-person communication with patients, surgeons, senior management, and staff. The ideal candidate will have a calm and warm demeanor with excellent and sophisticated communication skills and possess a minimum of 5 years' sales experience in plastic surgery, aesthetics, or similar surgical sales. Responsibilities
  • Deliver first class level service to ALL current and prospective patients at ALL times.
  • Work closely with Marketing team to achieve assigned daily sales targets and meet the revenue objectives.
  • Complete and communication daily sales reports to key members of the organization.
  • Convert daily leads into consultations / surgical sales by identifying and aligning patient goals and objectives to the appropriate product and / or surgical procedure(s).
  • Minimize timeframe from lead to surgery by obtaining relevant patient information and photos and providing a quote by end of next business day. Maintain on-going contact and follow up with patients to secure each sale.
  • Schedule patient pre-op and surgery appointments in compliance with the scheduling protocols.
Specifically:
provide needed documentation, pricing, and payment options.
  • Manage patient's expectations by screening patient's medical history and personality to ensure they are the right fit for practice.
  • Ensure accuracy of all patient records and document all patient activity in CRM
  • Identify lead-building opportunities. Provide feedback and suggestions to management on marketing and business development activities to increase sales
  • Send patients invoices, beauty profiles, lab orders, and update consents and work closely with accounting department on final invoicing of procedure as needed.
  • Work closely with Pre-op staff and ensure correct communication to positively impact the overall customer experience Develop sales follow-up protocol and consistently follow up on unconverted leads to close the sale with success.
Especially with patients who have paused communication. Essential Skills and Abilities Minimum 5 Years experience in surgical sales in plastic surgery, aesthetics or medical sales. College degree preferred Excellent communication skills, follow up skills and customer service experience working in a team environment

  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to be solutions driven
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and approach each day as a new day.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Empathetic personality with concern and respect for patient needs.

Solid track record of closing sales over the phone. Computer proficiency and able to work with Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and CRM platforms. Ability to fulfill the core values and guiding principles of 4Beauty when performing tasks Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish. Local candidates only. Compensation is based on experience, plus a competitive benefits package. Our office/working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (some flexibility)
