Virtual within the US Travel expected 30%-50% within the US Overview Blue Yonder is seeking a dynamic and strategic Practice Director to lead and oversee the delivery and implementation of our advanced supply chain management solutions. The Practice Director is a pivotal leadership role that involves managing client engagements, tailoring our solutions to meet customer needs, mentoring consulting teams, and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and successful project outcomes. What you'll do Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
Lead and manage multiple client engagements, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with customer objectives. Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives and stakeholders at client organizations. Solution Delivery and Implementation:
Oversee the implementation of Blue Yonder solutions across various client environments. Customize solutions to meet specific client needs, ensuring robust functionality and user adoption. Team Leadership and Development:
Mentor and guide consulting teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Provide regular feedback and developmental opportunities to support career progression. Project Management:
Plan, execute, and monitor project deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to address project issues and ensure seamless delivery. Strategic Planning and Business Development:
Contribute to strategic planning and business development efforts to drive growth within the practice. Identify new opportunities for expanding service offerings and enhancing client value. Technical Environment Proven experience with supply chain management software and platforms. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). Understanding of AI and machine learning applications in supply chain optimization. What we are looking for Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred 10+ years of experience in a leadership role within the supply chain management or software industry, with a proven track record of successful project delivery Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive strategic decisions Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with senior management, external partners, and customers Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and align project goals with business objectives LI-AD1 #LI-remote - The annual salary range for this position is $167,075.96 - $216,924.03 The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
