Full Job Description Position Type:
Full-Time, In-Person , Salaried-Exempt. Wednesday to Sunday (option for Tuesday to Saturday work schedule). At Throttle & Thrive, we provide focused, trauma-informed care to First Responders and Veterans in our inpatient detox and residential treatment program. We're looking for a dedicated and driven Clinician to take the lead in daily clinical operations including direct client care, individual therapy sessions 2x/week, curriculum and group therapy session planning, training other non-clinical staff in client care, boundaries and techniques. Helping the clients to overcome their challenges through behavior modifications. Treatment planning and documentation is an extensive element of this role. You will have the opportunity to create program content, curriculum and drive the clinical modalities utilized. Glance:
Individual therapy session twice weekly per client Oversee all clinical programing: groups, treatment plans, documentation, client homework assignments Ensure compliance with regulatory standards Ensuring the facility runs on time for all clinical program items. Oversee all clinical documentation in the online system (including review and correction to staff who need additional training) Documentation of clinical items in Kipu and daily Kipu auditing Oversee, train and hold the Behavioral Health Technicians, Nurses and all other staff accountable to document correctly. Manage the clinical elements of the program schedule: group facilitation schedule) Other duties may include: medication pass, taking vitals, CIWAS/COWS, computer work, group notes documentation, group facilitation, transportation, You need to have a good understanding of how to use a computer and various software systems (Microsoft Office, Email and various online platforms) Respond to clinical crises and client needs with professionalism and therapeutic integrity Collaborate with a tight-knit, multidisciplinary team, including medical staff and managerial leadership, to support client progress Facility oversight for environment of care as related to the behaviors of the clients (such as ensuring the clients keep a tidy room) What You Bring to the

You're someone who shows up with heart, structure, and a strong work ethic. You're confident in your clinical skills—or eager to develop them—and ready to contribute to a fast-paced environment with high standards and a high level of support. We're looking for someone who: Holds active number with the BBS (AMFT, ACSW, APCC) or has a license: LCSW, LMFT or LPCC (or similar) Knowledge of the 12 Steps / AA / NA EMDR Trauma-informed care Has prior DTX/RTC inpatient and Management experience, in a residential or substance misuse treatment setting Is skilled at balancing clinical care, documentation, and teamwork Feels comfortable managing others, overseeing and correcting others Understands the unique experiences and emotional needs of First Responders and Veterans Has strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills Brings a positive, collaborative attitude—and isn't afraid of working hard Has a valid CPR Certificate Must be able to pass a drug test Understands this is not an hourly position Ready to Join the Team?
