Program Director Mental Health & Substance Use (Co-Occurring Disorders)

We are seeking an experienced Program Director to lead and build an IOP/PHP program specializing in mental health and substance use (co-occurring disorders). This role requires a leader with a proven track record in ground-up program development, operational growth, and clinical oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee IOP/PHP programming, structure, and clinical operations Lead program build-out, staffing, and workflow implementation Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices Drive program growth, outcomes, and quality improvement

Qualifications:

Strong experience in mental health and substance use treatment settings Proven background in launching or restructuring programs Knowledge of co-occurring/dual diagnosis treatment models Experience with billable and ancillary services , with a solid understanding of financial performance and revenue cycle management Relevant licensure a plus (LCSW, LPC, LCADC, or similar)
