Accepting Candidates About the role Seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a large-scale Patient Services platform implementation within a commercial IT environment. This role will focus on end-to-end program governance, stakeholder management, PMO execution, and coordination across multiple enterprise systems and implementation partners. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead full lifecycle program management activities for Patient Services system implementations within a commercial IT environment
  • Own and manage PMO deliverables including project charters, schedules, project plans, stage gates, and status reporting
  • Drive cross-functional coordination across CRM, MDM, analytics, reporting, and integrated enterprise systems
  • Maintain and manage RAID logs, ensuring risks, actions, issues, and decisions are documented and resolved appropriately
  • Facilitate Jira management activities in collaboration with Agile and Waterfall delivery teams
  • Coordinate with implementation partners, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure successful program execution
  • Deliver executive-level status reporting, governance updates, and stakeholder communications on a regular cadence
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, resource constraints, and cross-workstream dependencies
  • Support enterprise program governance and ensure alignment across technical and business teams Qualifications
  • Strong experience leading enterprise-level Program or Project Management initiatives within Pharma, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences organizations
  • Required experience with Patient Services Platforms or Patient Support Systems implementations
  • Experience managing Commercial IT programs involving CRM, MDM, analytics, and integrated enterprise applications
  • Strong PMO and governance experience including RAID management, stage gates, project scheduling, and executive reporting
  • Experience working with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies and Jira management
  • Excellent stakeholder communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives with minimal oversight
  • Experience coordinating with implementation partners and consulting organizations preferred Compensation Estimated pay range: $80-$90/hr (W-2).
Final compensation will depend on experience, technical skills, and interview evaluation.
