Job Description
JtC AUSM is a Christian organization specializing in supporting individuals with autism and related diagnoses. Established in 2018, we are committed to making a positive impact in the lives of children below the age of 21. We are currently seeking a compassionate and professional individual to join our team as a Program Supervisor. In this leadership role, will also collaborate with other supervisors and the leadership team to ensure comprehensive support for the program. Required for this position Masters Degree in a related field (Social Work, Psychology, Special Education, LMFT) Bachelors degree with upto 6000 clinical hours in the field of autism Relevant hands-on experience working with children with disabilities The following are the roles of the
Supervisor:
Lead Initial CMDE and ITP meetings Documentation & Billing Compliance Ensure accurate billing codes and documentation integrity Review and sign progress notes within 24 hours Complete and submit authorization requests (UCare, BCBS PMAP, HP, MA/Kepro) Ensure services are not delivered without pre-authorization unless approved Lead chart audits when requested Maintain audit readiness and report discrepancies appropriately Team Leadership & Staff Oversight Conduct interviews for clinical staff Lead new staff trainings Conduct annual reviews and performance improvement planning Approve PTO in coordination with administration Provide on-call support (up to two days per week) Oversee staff-client matching and schedule management Maintain comprehensive understanding of assigned clients Conduct weekly parent check-ins and provide RDI-based family training Observe each client bi-weekly Track goal progress and update documentation weekly Complete and sign documentation within required timelines Follow official discharge procedures with QSP consultation The Supervisor would be required to work 5 days in office .Locations:

Monday through Friday open availability from 8 am - 8 pm. www.jtcausm.com Total compensation range of $65,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year . The compensation package is determined based on Education, certifications and experience in the field.Job Type:
