Job Description

The Science Team at Russell Tobin and Associates is hiring a "Project Coordinator- Medical Device" for a top leading medical technology organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with subject matter experts and engineering teams to implement changes to medical device design documentation. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, tracking tools, and status reports. Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure project deliverables are completed on time. Support global laboratory operations, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement projects. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in healthcare, medical devices, or quality management systems (preferred). Experience with project coordination, stakeholder management, and process improvement initiatives.

12-Months Contract Pay rate approved: $30-35/hr. on W2 depending on experience Must be authorized to work in the United States.
