Full-time Take the Lead in Building Medical Spaces - Join Liberty Construction as a Project Manager! Liberty Construction is a growing general contractor specializing in high-quality healthcare interior build-outs across the DMV region. We partner with practice owners, architects, and engineers to deliver efficient, modern spaces for dental, medical, and veterinary facilities. We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead multiple fast-paced interior projects from start to finish. Position Overview You will manage healthcare interior fit-out projects ranging from $300K to $1M, typically completed within ~90 days. As the primary point of contact, you'll coordinate with clients, subcontractors, architects, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple active interior healthcare construction projects simultaneously Coordinate design changes during construction with owners, architects, and subcontractors Develop and maintain project schedules using SmartSheet Lead weekly project meetings and provide progress and budget updates Ensure subcontractors understand scope, schedule, and contract requirements Track project coordination and documentation using Procore and Asana Monitor material procurement and delivery timelines Resolve scheduling conflicts and maintain project momentum Collaborate closely with superintendents and internal teams Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field 2+ years of experience in commercial or healthcare construction project management Experience managing interior fit-out projects (no ground-up or core/shell required) Familiarity with MEP systems and finish trades (drywall, flooring, electrical, plumbing) Proficiency with construction documents and software (Procore, Bluebeam, SmartSheet) Strong communication and client relationship skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally Benefits Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance HSA (Health Savings Account) 401(k) with 100% company match up to 4% of salary — immediate vesting, eligible after 6 months Unlimited PTO Tuition reimbursement up to $5,000/year for accredited programs Monthly fuel/mileage stipend for personal vehicle use Tech package: iPad and smartphone On-time project delivery bonus: 0.5% of project value Company events and team-oriented culture Schedule & Work Setup Full-time Monday-Friday Hybrid (office + job sites) Thank you for your interest in Liberty Construction.
