Job Description:
Company Description Salud Healthcare is a tech-forward Value Services Organization built to make value-based care work
for payors, providers, and patients.
We bring together data intelligence, care navigation, risk adjustment, and provider partnerships into one connected system, so our partners have the infrastructure and execution support they need to perform, not just participate. We're serious about outcomes, straightforward about how we operate, and genuinely invested in the communities we serve. Role Description This isn't a relationship check-in role. As a Provider Relations Consultant at Salud Healthcare, you're embedded in your practices, not just checking in on them. You're the primary point of contact from day one of go-live through long-term performance. You'll know your practices inside and out, their workflows, their gaps, their numbers, what's working and what isn't. You're there to empower them to succeed. You'll connect the data to the decision, making sure insights don't just get presented, they get used. This is a full-time hybrid role covering a South Florida territory
roughly 75% in the field, and 25% administrative. What We're Looking For Required 3 or more years of experience in provider relations, practice operations, managed care account management, or a directly adjacent field
with demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of accounts and drive outcomes. Working knowledge of value-based care models, Medicare Advantage, HEDIS quality measures, and HCC risk adjustment
sufficient to present performance data credibly to clinical and administrative audiences. Demonstrated ability to translate performance data into action
presenting metrics in financial and operational terms that motivate provider and administrator behavior change. Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly to provider offices across assigned South Florida territory. Preferred Experience in a managed care organization, MSO, ACO, or VSO operating in Medicare Advantage. Practice operations experience
medical assistant, referral coordinator, front office manager, or practice administrator background.
Hands-on familiarity with how a primary care practice runs day-to-day. Experience facilitating workflow redesign or quality improvement programs in an ambulatory setting. Strong interpersonal and relationship skills. Ability to build credibility with physicians, practice managers, and clinical staff across diverse practice environments.
Project management skills:
able to manage multiple concurrent priorities across a portfolio of practices without losing accountability on any account. Experience with change management principles and adoption frameworks
managing resistance, sustaining behavior change, and driving practice-level adoption of new workflows, programs, or performance expectations. Proficiency with healthcare technology platforms
EMR systems, CRM tools, analytics dashboards.
?Bilingual English and Spanish strongly preferred for the South Florida market.
