PRP Program Director/Clinical Therapist Aspire Wellness Center - 3.5 Nottingham, MD Job Details Full-time $65,000 - $75,000 a year 10 hours ago Benefits Opportunities for advancement Qualifications Working with children Working with individuals with mental health conditions Full Job Description Aspire Wellness Center is seeking a passionate, organized, and growth-minded PRP Program Director / Clinical Therapist to join our leadership team. This hybrid role combines psychiatric rehabilitation program leadership with outpatient clinical therapy services and is ideal for someone who enjoys both program development and direct client care. As Aspire Wellness Center continues restructuring and strengthening our Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP), we are looking for someone excited to help build a strong, community-centered program while contributing to the overall growth, culture, and vision of the organization. This position combines office-based PRP leadership responsibilities with virtual and/or in-person outpatient clinical services for children, adolescents, and adults. Position Structure Approximately 20 hours/week dedicated to PRP programming, oversight, and leadership Approximately 20 hours/week providing outpatient therapy, intakes, and/or assessments Hybrid schedule including on-site PRP responsibilities and virtual clinical services Qualifications Licensed master's-level mental health professional (LGPC, LMSW, LCPC, LCSW-C, etc.) Minimum of 3 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults PRP and/or community mental health experience preferred Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Detail-oriented with the ability to oversee compliance and documentation standards Positive, collaborative, and solution-focused mindset Passion for community engagement, program development, and team collaboration Responsibilities Include Overseeing daily PRP operations and programming Supporting, mentoring, and collaborating with PRP staff Assisting with PRP restructuring, program growth, and quality improvement initiatives Maintaining compliance and documentation standards Helping create engaging, interactive, and community-focused PRP activities and services Participating in leadership meetings and operational planning Providing outpatient therapy, intakes, and/or assessments within the OMHC program Building positive relationships with clients, families, staff, referral sources, and community partners Supporting the continued growth and success of Aspire Wellness Center's PRP services Salary & Incentives Starting salary range: $65,000-$75,000+ based on experience Incentive-based opportunities tied to PRP growth, development, and program success What We Offer Supportive and collaborative leadership team Leadership growth and advancement opportunities Opportunity to help shape the future of a growing PRP program Administrative support with scheduling and billing Warm, community-focused work environment Meaningful opportunity to make a lasting impact within the community We are looking for someone who wants to do more than simply fill a role — we are looking for someone excited to help build something meaningful.
