Northern Washington Location Requirement:
Must reside between Bellingham and Everett/North Seattle (regional travel required) Not remote. Hybrid role. Must be visiting programs 3-4 days per week.
Directing programs in:

Our leaders are at the center of that mission. We are seeking a Regional Director of Operations (RDO) to lead a portfolio of programs across Northern Washington. This high-visibility role drives clinical excellence, workforce stability, financial performance, and strategic growth in partnership with county and state stakeholders. Schedule & Compensation Schedule:
Full-Time, Salaried | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM Participation in a scheduled on-call rotation is required.
Compensation:
Starting salary range: $157,519.25
  • $194,565.
62 annually Full range up to $231,611.98 Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and geographic location, with flexibility for highly qualified candidates.
