What We're Offering:
Base Salary:
$84,000 to $94,000 based on experience, skills, tenure, and geography
Bonus:
Attainable monthly bonus opportunity (Up to $11k annually!)
Hybrid Role:
Combination of in-person (in-home, school, and/or center-based) supervision support and telehealth, with remote flexibility of up to 50% of your in-home cases
Guiding Newly Certified:
We've launched a new Clinical Mentorship Development Program for Aspiring BCBAs and newly certified BCBAs to support early-career clinicians with hands-on guidance and real growth opportunities. From day one, you'll have access to mentorship from experienced BCBAs, shadowing opportunities, and a clear path to strengthen your clinical skills to improve in your current role or prepare you for your next role. Hourly:
This role offers the reliability of a full-time salary, so your compensation isn't tied to cancellations or fluctuating hours. With predictable pay and a manageable caseload, you can focus your energy on delivering quality care and growing your clinical skills.
Initial Onboarding Support:
60+ hours of comprehensive training during the first 3-4 weeks of integration including topics such as clinical best practices, using Central Reach, goal writing, clinical problem solving, CPT codes, telehealth assessments. Our Clinical Development team also offers weekly office hours or 1:1 support, as needed.
Education and Mentorship:
Monthly CEUs, annual in-house conference featuring leading researchers in the field, and opportunities to lead sponsored research initiatives
