Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) management experience to help lead the development and future operations of a new multi-specialty Ambulatory Surgery Center currently in development, with anticipated grand opening in approximately February 2027. This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate to become involved early in the setup and organizational phase of the ASC and then transition into a full-time leadership role once the facility becomes operational. The ASC will feature 2 operating rooms and is being built with a strong focus on efficiency, organization, compliance, patient experience, and long-term growth. Position StructurePhase 1

• Pre-Opening / Remote Consulting Role (Now
• Approx. February 2027) Flexible remote position Few hours per month at your own convenience Assist with ASC setup, organization, systems, protocols, staffing guidance, workflow development, compliance preparation, vendor coordination, operational planning, and marketing input Provide insight based on prior ASC operational experience Help build scalable systems before opening Phase 2
• Full-Time ASC Leadership Role (Upon Opening) Transition into a full-time on-site leadership position overseeing day-to-day ASC operations.

Responsibilities Assist in developing ASC operational systems and protocols Participate in pre-opening planning and workflow organization Help prepare policies, procedures, compliance systems, and operational infrastructure Coordinate with ownership, consultants, and vendors Assist with staffing recommendations and operational readiness Oversee day-to-day ASC operations after opening Ensure efficient clinical and administrative workflow Maintain regulatory and accreditation compliance Lead staff and foster a proactive, solutions-oriented culture Help build systems that maximize efficiency and patient satisfaction Qualifications Active RN license

REQUIRED

Prior Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) experience

REQUIRED

Previous ASC administrator, manager, director, or leadership experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of ASC operations, compliance, staffing, and workflow management Highly organized and self-directed Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and proactively without requiring constant supervision Excellent communication and leadership abilities Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is not only clinically knowledgeable, but also operationally minded — someone who can think independently, solve problems proactively, help build efficient systems, and grow alongside the surgery center long-term.
