I'm looking for a high-level operator + sales-minded assistant to step into a key role within a growing aesthetic practice. This space is built on intention, presence, and elevated client care. I'm seeking someone who naturally embodies a grounded, feminine energy—someone who is warm, intuitive, detail-oriented, and also confident in sales and communication. You'll play a direct role in client experience, sales, and the overall flow and growth of the practice.

The role:

• In-clinic support (~24 hours/week)
• Sales + client experience management
• Operational support and organization
• Social media awareness + marketing support
• Additional remote flexibility as needed What I'm looking for:
• Proven sales experience
• A confident, polished communicator
• Strong emotional intelligence + attention to detail
• Proactive, organized, and self-led
• Someone who values creating a calm, elevated, and welcoming environment
• Interest in aesthetics, wellness, and client experience

Details:

• 25-30 hours/week to start, with room to grow
• $25-30/hour based on experience
• Flexible schedule + partial remote work
• Bonus opportunities + skincare commission
