About the role We are seeking a full-time regional Scheduling Coordinator to join our team in serving the military affiliated community. This role requires an energetic, bright, and versatile professional who is experienced in handling a wide range of administrative, customer service, scheduling, and executive support related tasks while able to work independently and as part of a team. How you'll make an impact Answer ~100 calls weekly, with high quality customer service Foster a team mindset with growth as the goal Make ~100 follow up calls weekly Respond to emails promptly and efficiently, ~175 per week. Scheduling about ~15-20 new intakes per week Exhibit a "Solution 1st" mindset. Follow up with clients on the waitlist promptly and professionally. Respond to therapist requests efficiently and supportively. Expertly match clients with clinicians who align with their needs. Navigate technology seamlessly, including G-Suite, Weave (phone system) and TheraNest (EHR) software. Comfortably discuss finances, records, schedules, and logistics with clients and clinicians. Assist with billing, co-pays, credit card updates, and processing claims Help clinicians manage their schedules effectively and proactively. What You Bring to the
