Senior Clinical Team Lead / Clinical Supervisor Part-Time | Hourly | Hybrid (In-Person & Remote) | Up to 29 Hours per Week Position Summary The Senior Clinical Team Lead / Clinical Supervisor provides advanced non-executive clinical leadership with expanded responsibility for clinical operations oversight, supervision, documentation accountability, and workflow coordination across psychotherapy, ECM, and Community Supports. This role supports interns, Clinical Consultants, Lead Care Managers (LCMs), and designated provider staff while helping ensure clinical systems remain organized, responsive, and proactive. Responsibilities include supervision, chart auditing, caseload monitoring, note review and signature, measurement-based care monitoring, and follow-up on client care action items. The Senior Clinical Team Lead also provides day-to-day supervisory oversight to designated Clinical Supervisor / Team Lead provider staff, strengthening consistency in supervision practices, workflow accountability, and clinical follow-through across the provider team. The CEO retains final authority over organizational clinical direction, complex escalations, and executive clinical decisions. This position requires a hybrid schedule with regular in-person presence and maintains a limited clinical caseload. Core ResponsibilitiesAdvanced Clinical Supervision & Team Leadership Provide supervision to BBS-registered associates, trainees, and interns. Support Clinical Consultants and LCMs in complex clinical decision-making and documentation standards. Provide day-to-day supervisory support to assigned Clinical Supervisor / Team Lead provider staff. Maintain supervision records and internship oversight. Clinical Operations Oversight Support caseload assignments and monitor active, inactive, and discharged clients. Conduct chart audits to strengthen documentation compliance and timeliness. Ensure clinical action items are completed across disciplines. Monitor responsiveness within internal communication systems, including Slack. Support proactive follow-up on unresolved clinical tasks. Measurement-Based Care & Quality Monitoring Review Blueprint Health outcomes and other measurement-based care tools. Monitor trends requiring staff follow-up or treatment adjustment. Support internal quality improvement efforts. Documentation Review & Note Signing Review and sign clinical notes within scope. Strengthen chart compliance, treatment alignment, and documentation standards. Multidisciplinary Care Coordination Support interdisciplinary follow-up on complex cases. Strengthen communication across psychotherapy, ECM, and Community Supports teams. Direct Clinical Service Maintain a limited caseload aligned with supervisory and operational duties. Maintain a limited clinical caseload of approximately 8-10 active weekly clients, adjusted based on supervision responsibilities, documentation review, and clinical support needs. Required Qualifications Active California LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license in good standing. Eligible to supervise under California BBS regulations. Minimum three (3) years post-licensure experience, with stronger supervision and documentation oversight preferred. Knowledge of Medi-Cal, CalAIM, and interdisciplinary care systems preferred. Eligible for paneling with TPF and IWC.
Compensation Hourly Rate:
$55 - $65 per hour Final compensation determined by experience, supervisory depth, operational readiness, and Medi-Cal / CalAIM knowledge.
